We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell any data we collect.
Ember is a live demonstration of the same voice and chat agent technology we build for clients. Conversations with Ember may be logged and reviewed by us for quality, debugging, and improvement purposes. Please don't share sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or similar) in a conversation with Ember — it's a product demo, not a secure client portal.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our business — for example, Cal.com for scheduling, our hosting provider, and our email provider — each bound to use it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep contact, booking, and Ember conversation records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing willwalterburns@gmail.com. We'll respond promptly.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we don't treat that as an excuse.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
